Iyla has a soft spot for snowglobes. She loves to watch as the 'snow' showers the creatures within the globe. She also enjoys trying to wind them up for the music to play. As you can see, Iyla currently has 4 snowglobes of her own and a special ladybug music box.
She had two more globes--- let's just say that snowglobes from Florida are NOT the hardiest of the bunch. The first met an untimely fate at the Ft Myers airport (Daddy-- be careful with that bag... oh my, I think something is leaking!) and the second smaller globe bit the dust as a result of Iyla's own hands. Dropping a small glass ball against bedroom furniture does not lengthen the life of a snowglobe....

In any case, Iyla is more than pleased with her collection-- especially her latest snowglobe (THANKS MOM!)-- one she got for her re-adoption. Plus, I hear the Easter Bunny is on the way here and he just may have something for Iyla's collection!
