Today, we took Iyla to her very first Easter Egg Hunt at a local park. First, Iyla met the Easter Bunny of which she was NOT a fan-- to put it mildly!
Here are the eggs 'hidden' for the egg hunt for kids 0-3. The sponsors told us that they had over 2200 eggs hidden in all (for the three different age groups). WOW!!

As you can see, this hunt was very successful. We ended up with a handful of candy, most of which was for Mommy and Daddy as it posed a choking hazard- thanks Iyla!! We also walked away with several plastic eggs which Iyla LOVES to play with and a FREE ice cream cone from Sonic for Iyla. I figure with all of her hard work, she earned it!
